Juvenile Bar 3rd Quarter CLE

The TCBA’s Juvenile Bar Committee will conduct its 3rd Quarter CLE program on September 7, 2012 from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm in the County Extension Office auditorium. There is no need to pre-register – you may enroll at the door.  There will be a $1.00 charge for each attendee. 

 The agenda is:

1:30 pm – 2:30 pm  The Impact of the Indian Child Welfare Act in Juvenile Court Emily McCarson Yancey, Attorney at Law, Northport, AL

2:30 pm – 3:30 pm  Collateral Consequences of  a Juvenile Delinquency Adjudication-  Adam D. Danneman Legal Aid Society of Birmingham- Handout to be circulated when received

3:30 pm – 4:30 pm  Basics of Dependency Practice- Part #1 For New Juvenile Court Practitioners conducted by A Panel of Experienced Juvenile Court Lawyers including Victoria Farr, John Huthnance, Thomas Hinote & Stuart Albea
