The Tuscaloosa County Bar Association will hold it’s a 3 hour Seminar at the Annual meeting at Noon on August 14, 2026 at The University Club. We will have a light breakfast beginning at 9am and 3 hours of CLE before we honor our 2026 Pillars of the Bar at Noon.
Our 2026 Pillars of the Bar are: Nettie Blume, Jim Guin, Dena Prince, Sandy Gunter, and Tommy Jones
The Agenda for the CLE is follows:
9:00 - Jim Standridge, Public Defender for the 24th Judicial Circuit
10:00 – Estate Planning- Adrianne Thompson, Dentons Sirote
11:00 – Criminal Law Case Update- Jeff Bradley, General Counsel State of Alabama Office of Prosecution Services
The cost for the CLE and lunch is $45 for members and $65 for non-members. The last day to register is August 6, 2026. No refunds can be given after this date.
